An event dedicated to International Children’s Protection Day on June 1st was held at Mingachevir City Technical Humanitarian Lyceum, organized by the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Mingachevir State University (MSU).

The event, which took place in the schoolyard, was attended by students, as well as pedagogical practice students from the “Primary School Teaching” program (IS20.2 group) of MSU’s Faculty of Education, under the supervision of their practice leader, Nargiz Niftaliyeva.

The students first performed a song dedicated to June 1st, International Children’s Protection Day.

Afterward, the students, together with the pupils, drew various pictures on the ground in the schoolyard and planted trees and flower bushes in the surrounding area.

The event continued with an artistic program.

It should be noted that various activities are being held in Mingachevir as part of the “Year of Solidarity for a Green World.”
