In accordance with the event plan organized by the Department of Economics of Mingachevir State University (MSU) within the framework of the “Year of Solidarity for a Green World,” an excursion to Göygöl National Park was arranged for students studying in the “Tourism Management” program.

During the ecotourism excursion held at Göygöl National Park, the students were provided with detailed information about the park’s territory and ecosystem. Throughout the trip, students were guided along designated routes, giving them the opportunity to closely explore the park’s unique nature, flora, and fauna.

Organizing such excursions is of particular importance for providing MSU students with practical experience in addition to theoretical knowledge in the field of ecotourism. These events help students gain deeper knowledge and experience in environmental conservation and the development of sustainable tourism.

It was observed that the students showed great interest and actively participated during the excursion. Various events aimed at the education and development of MSU students will be held in the future.
